The recruitment and retention of Latino educators continues to be an issue for school districts nationwide. To better understand the issues at play, we partnered with the Center for Publicly Engaged Scholarship at the University of California, Santa Barbara, for a series of focus groups with Latino educators across the country.

We are proud to share our findings and insights in our newest report, “Equity in Education: Examining the Interplay of Accountability, Curriculum, Student Outcomes, and Diverse Teacher Recruitment.”
