Nominations Are Now Open!

The Latinx Teachers Fellowship is a 9-month program that supports early career teachers in Massachusetts, Houston, and the Bay Area to leverage their Latinx identity and utilize best practices to improve effectiveness and become stronger advocates for their students.

About the Fellowship

The Latinx Teachers Fellowship is a transformative program designed to empower K-12 teachers across Massachusetts, Houston, and the Bay Area. We strive to create a supportive network and equip Latinx educators with the tools, knowledge, and community they need to thrive in their classrooms and beyond. 

 

Nomination Criteria 

We invite you to nominate educators who meet the following criteria: 

  • Identify as Latino/a/x/e 
  • 1- 4 years of teaching experience 
  • Will be a PreK-12 teacher for the 2024-2025 school year 
  • Teaching in Massachusetts, Houston, or the Bay Area 
  • Has a track record of achieving high student achievement 
  • Teachers who support multilingual learners are highly encouraged to apply
